Partnership with the Hayward Gallery and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.

As a result of our reputation for high achievement in visual arts we have been invited to join the Hayward Gallery on the South Bank in a special partnership to promote contemporary art in London Schools. This partnership includes our representation on the education steering group of the gallery, free membership of the Hayward and entrance to exhibitions and involvement in joint projects.

The first of these occurs this Autumn, when some of our Yr12 students will take part in a unique project which crosses the Atlantic ocean. A group of specially selected artistically talented young people from Los Angeles, California are on stand by to collaborate with their London peers, and create a special new art work for display at Southbank Centre. For our students, this also presents an opportunity to work with artists Daniel Lehan and Davina Drummond at the Hayward each week to create this work, that will be projected at huge scale on the outside walls of the Royal Festival Hall on 11^th December this year.
